Odoo Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Odoo ERP implementation, business process analysis, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, configure Odoo modules, provide training, and ensure smooth deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from clients and analyze their workflows to provide Odoo-based solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on customer requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide end-user training.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to define custom development needs.
- Support clients post-implementation, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide necessary documentation.
- Optimize Odoo workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on Odoo new releases and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and eCommerce.
- Excellent understanding of business processes across different industries.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user manuals.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in SQL, reporting tools, and functional debugging is a plus.
