One accountable path from decision to operation.
Most programmes do not fail at go-live. They fail at the handover between stages, where a decision has no owner and a deliverable has no home. INFOC runs assessment, implementation, security, integration and continuous improvement as one path, with the same people accountable across it.

THE SIX STAGES
What each stage has to hand over before the next one starts
A stage ends when its handover is accepted, not when the work stops.
An envisioning workshop and business value assessment, in the Microsoft Catalyst pattern. Ends with a sequenced, costed roadmap you keep whether or not we build it.
A solution blueprint review before anything is built, then the standard core running on your data, reconciled, with trained users on it.
Ends with the gaps standard cannot cover closed as upgrade-safe extensions, held apart from the core and documented for the next wave.
Identity, permissions, retention and recovery designed against the Well-Architected security and reliability pillars, not left at defaults.
Ends with the flows between systems running unattended, monitored, and visibly failing when they fail.
Ends with the measure that justified the programme moving, the workload reviewed against Well-Architected recommendations, and a plan for the next wave.
METHOD
A wave has to survive contact with Monday
A wave that cannot be operated on Monday is not finished on Friday.
A wave covers a whole process end to end, not a convenient slice of it. Half a process in production creates more manual work than it removes.
Each wave is proven with your transactions and your edge cases before transition, not with sample data that never argues back.
A go-live readiness review closes each wave, and the person who will run the process is named, trained and involved throughout it. Ownership assigned after go-live is ownership in name only.
ENGAGEMENT
Four ways an engagement starts
Where you enter depends on what is already decided.
NOTHING DECIDED YET
Assess
Envisioning, business value assessment and solution assessment: current state, risk, readiness and a sequenced roadmap. Ends with a recommendation you can act on or take elsewhere.
