THE DIFFERENCE
The subscription is the same. The management is not.
Licence right-sizing
The mix is checked against how people actually work, so nobody sits on a plan they do not use.
One invoice
Microsoft 365, Business Central, Azure and security on a single monthly statement in SGD.
Renewal warnings
Reduction windows and term boundaries are flagged before they close, not reported after.
Tenant configured
Identity, conditional access and device policy set up with the subscription rather than later.
One escalation path
Support is answered by INFOC, and Microsoft cases are raised and tracked on your behalf.
Azure cost review
Consumption reviewed monthly, with reservations and savings plans modelled before committing.
Consolidated entities
Several companies on one tenant, or separate tenants billed together, whichever the structure needs.
Same platform team
The people holding your licences are the people who implement and run the platform.
HOW BUYING WORKS
Five working days from request to provisioned
Send the selection from this page, or your current invoice if a transfer is easier.
We check entitlements against roles and quote the arrangement that costs least for the same rights.
Subscriptions are placed, the tenant is configured, and licences are assigned to named users.
Monthly invoice, support through INFOC, and a licence review before every renewal.
LICENSING QUESTIONS
The questions that decide the shape of an order
Can we move existing licences to INFOC?
Yes. A transfer is arranged at your current term boundary so nothing is paid twice, and the tenant is unchanged. Users notice nothing.
What happens if we need fewer seats?
Under current Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider terms, annual subscriptions allow a reduction within the first seven days of each term, and monthly subscriptions can be reduced at renewal. Microsoft sets these windows and can change them. We flag the window before it closes rather than after.
Is monthly billing more expensive?
Microsoft currently applies a premium for monthly flexibility on most subscriptions. It is often still the right choice for seasonal headcount, and we quote both so the difference is visible.
Do you mark up the licences?
The quote shows the subscription cost and any managed service separately, so you can see what is licence and what is service. No bundling to hide the margin.
Who do we call when something breaks?
INFOC first, in Singapore business hours or under an agreed SLA. Microsoft escalation is raised by us on your behalf, with the case tracked to closure.
Can different users be on different plans?
Usually yes, and it is often where the savings are. Business Central Premium and Essentials cannot be mixed in one tenant, but most other mixes are permitted.
REQUEST PRICING
One quote, priced against the current price list
Send the shape of what you need. A licensing consultant prices it against the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider list current that day, and replies within one business day.
LICENSING NOTICE
What this page is, and what sets the terms
Are the prices on this page a quotation?
No. Nothing here is an offer or a quotation. Prices are quoted on request against the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider price list current at the time of quoting, in Singapore dollars and exclusive of GST, and remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
Who sets the entitlements and term windows?
Microsoft. Subscription entitlements, service descriptions, seat limits, term lengths and reduction windows are set by Microsoft and summarised here from Microsoft documentation. Microsoft may change them at any time, and where this page and Microsoft’s current terms differ, Microsoft’s terms apply.
What agreement governs the subscriptions?
The Microsoft Customer Agreement, which the customer accepts directly with Microsoft. INFOC is the Cloud Solution Provider partner of record and invoices the subscriptions; the agreement for the software itself is between the customer and Microsoft.
