Document Agent
Reads bills of lading, delivery notes and customs documents and fills the shipment record. Fields it is unsure of go to a person to check.

Matches carrier invoices to rates, proof of delivery and extra charges, and queues the differences. Finance approves every dispute.
Shipment Status Agent
Answers "where is my shipment?" from live shipment data, read-only. Changes nothing. Hands over to a person on request.
