Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from clients and analyze their workflows to provide Odoo-based solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules based on customer requirements.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to define custom development needs.
• Support clients post-implementation, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide necessary documentation.
• Optimize Odoo workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on Odoo new releases and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and eCommerce.
• Excellent understanding of business processes across different industries.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and create user manuals.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in SQL, reporting tools, and functional debugging is a plus.
