We are hiring an Odoo Technical Consultant to develop, customize, and integrate Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for back-end and front-end development, API integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues. Job location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India (On-site) Minimum Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Python code using Odoo’s framework.
  • Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and data migrations.
  • Perform API integrations with third-party applications.
  • Optimize Odoo performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Maintain documentation for technical implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience in Odoo ORM, QWeb Reports, and Odoo Web Framework.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git, Linux, and Docker is an advantage.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
