Senior AI Architect
As a Senior AI Architect, you will be the strategic and technical lead for delivering AI-driven, scalable, and intelligent data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Power BI. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to architect, design, and deploy modern analytics and AI systems that drive measurable business impact across industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI & analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, and Data Lake technologies.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML models, including predictive analytics, NLP, and generative AI use cases.
- Define data ingestion pipelines, semantic models, and data governance frameworks using Lakehouse architecture and Fabric tools.
- Drive client discovery workshops to translate business needs into solution blueprints.
- Guide implementation teams and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft Cloud best practices.
- Evaluate and implement MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring techniques.
- Contribute to technical presales and RFP responses by showcasing thought leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge building around Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in AI, data, or analytics solution roles with proven leadership on enterprise projects.
- Strong architecture experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services: Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and Power BI integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and DAX; familiarity with Spark and ML frameworks a plus.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, MLOps, data security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
- Experience working across Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Energy industries is a bonus.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., DP-500, AI-102, AZ-305) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
